UT University Panhellenic Council Incident Report Form


The University Panhellenic Council at Texas strives to be positive contributor to the campus community and create an experience where each member feels supported, welcome, and safe. This report form allows for any incident or concern to be heard so that our council is better able to receive information from the public and take necessary actions to abide by our mission. Any reports concerning hazing, sexual misconduct, or other harmful behaviors will be referred to the proper University entities.
