Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in being a 2026-2027 New Member in the Senate of College Councils!
As a member of Senate, you will join a group of student leaders dedicated to representing students in academic affairs. We are searching for passionate, innovative, and hardworking student advocates. To join Senate, interested
members must join their
respective college council and complete Senate's internal application.
This application includes two typed responses:
- Two 200 words maximum responses
Applications are due Wednesday, October 7th, at 10:00 PM.
These maximum word limits are not suggestions for how long your response needs to be and we strongly encourage you to
avoid writing just to hit the word limit. We also suggest that you write your responses to the questions somewhere else and copy them to this application when turning it in because the survey may not save
your responses if you leave and come back to it. There is also a short, optional analytics section that you will be asked after writing your answers to the prompt. You are not required to fill it out nor will any answers
be viewed on an individual basis.
